Space Available

Space Available is the representation of the difficulty of businesses, both big and small, to be able to survive in the current economy. It seems to me that every week that goes by, I see another empty storefront while driving around Long Island, and it worries me. While sometimes another business will take its place, sometimes years go by with faded "For Rent" signs and boarded up windows.
